Pat's Story
Pat is very approachable and motivated in helping you succeed in reaching your weightloss goals. Pat’s enthusiasm for weight loss, fitness and rehabilitation will inspire you to have a more positive and determined attitude with regards your own personal ambitions.
Qualifications: NCEF Fitness Instructor and Nutrition; Level 2 Swimming Instructor; Qualified Indoor Cycling Instructor; Pump & Tone Instructor; Aqua Aerobics Instructor.

Pat prides himself in helping to raise money for different charity foundations.
Pat, along with his friend Niall climbed Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5895m), raising €3,900 for the Irish kidney association.
He has walked 865km across the world-famous pilgrimage route, Camino de Santiago (Spain) and raised €2,200, which he divided between Kerry Mountain Rescue and Baraduff Community Field.
Pat has cycled the annual Ring of Kerry over 20 times.
On one occasion, the day after completing the 180km Ring of Kerry, he Cycled 180km on a stationary spinning bike and raised €2,865 for the Baraduff Community Field.
Pat has also completed the 24hr 3 peaks mountain challenge in the UK in aid of My Canine Companion with Niall, raising €2,010. A challenge that involved climbing the highest mountain in Scotland, Beinn Nibheis (1345m) while also climbing England's highest mountain Scafell Pike (978m) and the highest mountain in Wales, Snowdon (1,085m).
